Overview
At Taiwan Steel Union Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), “Integrity in business and stable value creation” is a core management principle. The Company is committed to conducting all business activities honestly and does not tolerate corruption or any form of fraud. We have established a reporting system through our Code of Corporate Governance, Code of Ethical Conduct, and Ethical Business Procedures & Guidelines to actively prevent dishonest conduct and encourage both internal and external parties to report any unethical or improper behavior. The Management Office is designated as the responsible unit to receive reports, and all reports are handled confidentially. The Company also protects whistleblowers from improper treatment because of their report.
When you discover that any of the Company’s employees or any individuals representing the Company are engaged in suspicious conduct, potential unethical behavior, or matters involving human rights violations, please inform us.
Unless otherwise required by law, all personal information you provide will be kept confidential, and appropriate protective measures will be taken in accordance with applicable laws to safeguard your personal data and privacy.
All report matters will be handled directly by the Company’s General Manager. During the investigation period, the Company may use your personal data (such as name, phone number, and email address) to contact you regarding the reported matter.
Important Reminders:
- Do not knowingly submit false or fabricated reports. If a report is proven to have been made maliciously or contains intentionally fabricated statements, you may be held responsible under the law.
- To enable timely investigation and resolution, please provide relevant detailed information and supporting documents. Incomplete information may hinder the Company’s ability to conduct an investigation.
- You shall not disclose any of the Company’s contact information provided to you (in whole or in part) to any third party, except as required by law, nor use such information as evidence in legal proceedings.
